Community Solution with Zendesk integrated
Hi all,
I am building a SAAS solution for customers and currently have Intercom integrated as well as Rocketchat.
The idea being that customers can use Rocketchat as a community solution (between their own employees) and we use Intercom to have them talk to us. That said, Intercom isn't great on the reporting side so we are looking for a solution that gives our customers a community piece, a chat piece within the community so they can contact support which will soon to be via Zendesk. Does anyone know anything out there that can offer us a community piece that can have Zendesk integrated into it so our customers have one icon to go into their community piece and within it we would have a channel called Support and this is where Zendesk will sit for raising a support ticket etc.

I am not 100% sure on your setup, but have you looked at Zendesk's own Community feature on the HelpCenter? Here you are able to have multiple forums for different topics - Create a topic called support and you can run your first line support there!
Every time you need to raise a ticket from a post, you simply do so from the post itself:
