    Hi Ron:
    Thanks for the feedback. We are doing some thinking about your first point. For your second, I'd recommend Zendesk's Pathfinder App. When used in conjunction with the Web Widget, on any particular ticket you would see which pages of your site were visited as well as searches performed and articles read via the Web Widget. Here's the Announcement for that release.

    One thing that UserVoice lets you do with their widget is define some data that the user doesn't see on the form but that gets included in the ticket. Very helpful to pass along diagnostic information like any recent errors that were captured by a web app.

    And somewhat related: I'd like to see it automatically take what you searched for in the help center form and put it in the contact form. As it is, the user clicks help, types something, doesn't find what they want, clicks Contact Us, and then has to type in the same stuff again.

    I'm not sure it helps with the second part of my question though. I wasn't talking about the support agent screens. I was referring to the web widget. When the user first clicks on the button, they are asked to search for something and the widget recommends some articles that might help. The user then gets a Contact Us button they can use to open a ticket. When they click Contact Us, they are given a new text box to type in what they need help with. In some cases this will mean they have to type in what they typed on the previous screen. I think it'd be nice if we had the option to automatically copy what they searched for into the new ticket problem field.
