Update JIRA fields in Zendesk sidebar
Currently we have a field in JIRA that tracks the votes/request for new features in the jira ticket. It would be pretty awesome if we could edit these in the sidebar when linking a JIRA ticket to a Zendesk ticket. For example I have a customer who sends an enhancement request. As a support rep I know we have a ticket open for that same request so I want to add another vote to it.
I search for the ticket in the Zendesk/Jira integration and link it. Then I can edit my custom field I made and add another vote without going into Jira to do so.

Currently there isn't a feature to be able to update JIRA fields via the sidebar app, it might be a good suggestion for our Product Feedback team:

While editing fields in the sidebar isn't possible, you can currently configure field mapping from Zendesk to JIRA or JIRA to Zendesk with supported fields. If this is something you'd like to look into you can check out our documentation on field syncing:
