The tricky bit here is that I'm not just counting solved tickets, or counting all tickets where the status was changed in an update... but I'l looking specifically for all tickets where the change from (new, open, pending, on-hold) to (solved) was caused by agent="NAME"
I can generally get halfway there starting with a query like the one I found here...
SELECT IFNULL(COUNT( Ticket Id , Ticket Updates ), 0) WHERE Ticket status IN( Solved ,Closed ) AND Updater ID(fact) <> Assignee ID (Fact) AND Updater Role IN ( Agent ,Admin ) AND Public Comment = true
and tweaking a few bits to my situation... but I haven't been able to figure out how to drill in and restrict the results to only showing the tickets marked into solved status by agent john smith.
Any help very much welcomed.
This MAQL stuff is a truly annoying when you only touch it one a year.
