I am using Good Data and I have reports that pull up how many tickets my agents hit a day (public comment, updater is agent), but we have recently changed our schedule where some of are agents work a shift that is past midnight, I want to pull their data from their last shift only. (I understand I can change the time reports are sent but that is not feasible at this time). Please also note the current zendesk we have only reports 1 every 24 hours. Here is a timeline of what I am looking for:
1/1/2018 Agent works from 10:00p.m. until 6:30 a.m. 1/2/2018
1/2/2018 Agent works from 10:00p.m. Until 6:30 a.m. 1/3/2018
For the report that goes out at the end of the day on the second day I want to pull the agents data only from 10:00p.m. until 12:00a.m. on 1/1/2018 and 12:00a.m. to 6:30a.m. on 1/2/2018 combined.
Seems I cannot do this with filters so perhaps custom metrics are the correct answer? Any advice would be appreciated.
