Customization Options with JIRA Connector
Is there any plan to add more granular customization to the JIRA - Zendesk integration? Specifically, we would like the ability to allow users to link tickets, but not create new tickets. We have a lot of Sales folks who frequently create tickets when one already exists creating tons of duplicate tickets in JIRA.
Removing the create button, or even better limiting it to a certain role or group, would be awesome for us.
