    Hi Michelle! 

    Congrats on a successful year of hosting a community! The challenging thing with benchmarking for communities is that there are so many different types serving different purposes in so many industries. It can be really difficult to get benchmark data that's relevant to what you're trying to do. 

    That being said, we'd be happy to talk with you about the goals of your community, how to measure success, and that sort of thing. 

    To start, what industry are you in? What purpose are you using your community for? (i.e. Support? Product Feedback? Community of Practice?) 

    I also highly recommend checking out the resources from the Community Roundtable and CMX. Community Roundtable offers some great ways to measure the health of your community and offers benchmarking services, and CMX is helpful around strategy and planning.
