We were shocked to find that one of our help center's categories has an exactly matching ID to one of our ticket forms. This should never happen with a 12-digit ID. If help center categories are going to start with 36000XXXXX, then ticket form IDs should have a completely different prefix.
This causes confusion because we have code saying if category id = 36000012345, then the default ticket form should be ID 36000054321. If a developer is searching CTRL+F for a specific ID and multiple results are returned for different things, it introduces a lot of risk.
