    Hello Natalie,

    Thank you for reaching out here with your question. The ability to block phone numbers is in beta at present. If you are part of this beta, you can indeed block numbers from calling your account. I wanted to provide to you this article here that I suggest you take a look at when proceeding to block a number in your account.

    It sounds like what you have done is correct, as you need to be sure to remove any spaces, dashes, parentheses, letters etc and ensure that the length of the phone number is correct.

    NOTE: For a successful blocking the system does require a plus (+) at the start. Could you try to add a (+) at the start of the number and see if this works?
