Replies from zendesk are not being sent to discord.

    Hey everyone! Update on this EAP: we've fixed a number of bugs and issues (including the reply issue... please let us know if that is still happening, as we confirmed it was fixed for a number of customers). We've put a hold on new feature development at the moment, but hope to begin again later this year, and bring this integration from Early Access Program to Generally Available. Thanks for the patience!

    Our admins cant set the rate limit to 1 as well.

    Hey all. This was fixed a few weeks ago and it seems like we may have introduced a regression. We are looking into it and will keep you all up to date on this.

    The replies from zendesk to discord are working now. I have a feature request though. I would really like if we could set the roles so that other groups like our support group or community group on discord can change the bot settings. At the moment, only the admin can do this and it requires us to use that login every time if we want to make a change which is not very user friendly on our side.

    I am not sure what the status of the Discord integration is...Is this still going on? I never got any support anymore. Everything just went dead silent from Zendesk´s side...so..I am guessing either it works or not and if it doesn´t tough luck??
