[COMPLETED] Automatic flagging of articles due for review
完了We have a large knowledge base with over 1000 articles. These are regularly reviewed to ensure that they are still current and accurate. We currently have to use a very large, complicated and python enabled spreadsheet to keep on track of which articles are next due for review.
It would be fantastic if there was functionality within Guide to set a review date/frequency on each article, that would generate a ticket similar to those created by the knowledge capture app when the review date came up. This would allow us to 'fire and forget' our articles, safe in the knowledge that they will be flagged for review at the right time.

Hi all -
This feature, called "Article Verification" went live today! Please see the announcement post for more information.

Hey Peter,
We're working on functionality around being able to notify authors that their articles need to be reviewed on a timeline right now. Would you mind if I set up some time for you and I to talk about how you currently manage this and how you'd want a feature like this to work?
Thanks!

Hi Ryan,
That's fantastic news. Please do. You should be able to see my contact details from my profile here. I have a couple of other colleagues who would be very interested in this too.
I'll wait to hear from you.
Pete

I see this question is 5 months old. Any update on this functionality being added to articles?

Hi Ryan,
Thank you for the fast response. Any chance this functionality will become standard for Guide Professional customers?
Have a great day

Hey Scott,
At this time this will only be available for Guide Enterprise customers. Sorry.
Thanks!
