Answer Bot - exclude signature

Hi,

When testing the Answer Bot I see that it gives not relevant articles because we have a lot of text in our signature.

Is it possible to exlude text from the email to make Answer Bot more relevant?

I see that you already got an answer to this in a ticket, but I'll add it here for other folks to reference,

Our Product and Dev teams are aware of the need for signature suppression with Answerbot, and they're working on finding a solution. However, this project is ongoing and we don't have any timeline for when it might be completed right now.
