Getting Slack notifications from specific clients instead of all Zendesk tickets from all clients
Background
We have multiple clients using zendesk and I do not need to know about every zendesk ticket from all clients only the client I am assigned to work zendesk tickets.
As a user I would like to get zendesk in Slack to only notify me with zendesk tickets only from a specific client so that I can be notified in Slack with tickets with clients I am assigned to work.
Given a specific client opens or updates a ticket then I should only be notified from the specific client in Slack.

It can be done. You will need to have a WebHook setup in Slack, You will need to setup an HTTP Target to use that WebHook in Zendesk, then use Notify Target in a Zendesk trigger.
