In our line of work as an ed-tech company, we often catch cheaters impersonating teachers in live chats. We enjoy the chat ratings from real teachers, but when we are looking at our satisfaction scores or chat ratings over time, we need to remove these false "bad" ratings from tickets where we have caught cheaters who are upset about being caught. We cannot delete these tickets because they are crucial audit logs for school's academic integrity investigations. However, we require an option to invalidate a satisfaction rating on a ticket. We understand that large orgs would need limits on this, to keep their data accurate, and imagine you could restrict this feature to admins.
