Currently, the main text on the widget changes based on channels we have online. I would really prefer to fully control the button language as I think most first-time users will not know there are “hidden” options until they click and find out about the others. They might want to leave a message for us, but if we are online with Talk, the widget text just refers to talking to us by phone.
Ideally, it would be nice to have “Support” for my main widget text on the bottom right of the screen (thus leaving multiple options inside the widget that I can turn on/off). Then when the user clicks the “Support” button, each option (Chat, Talk, Leave a Message) could have an offline/online designation or even list hours (e.g. M-F 9-5).
