When i login to Zendesk it presumably sets some kind of inactivity timeout
If you let that timeout expire and then go back to the tab, the login box appears and i can resend my login via the google login option.
I travel a fair bit so this works for me but..
When i have a tab logged into explore if i let the inactivity expire i then get an error but it wont allow me to login, i have to close all the explore tabs i have open and go back to my zendesk tab that still works after login and use the 4 squares menu to open explore again which then triggers the menu.
Can you please make your products consistent so that any of your products have the login option
Now i have been told by one of your advisors
"Unfortunately, it appears that there is no way around that functionality at the moment."
How can this be??
If i reuse of a tab causes and error and pretty much disables the tab until you close and start again.
How is this not fixable by rerouting to the gmail login box so i can login again like the desk?
