More Microsoft Teams Zendesk integrations?

    I would love to see more Zendesk integration Microsoft Teams similar to how Slack is getting some attention.  Adding my vote to this one as well.

    I agree with this request, especially now that MS Teams user base has now passed Slack.

    I would also like the ability to only see tickets for a particular company. e.g. I have individual teams, one per customer, so I would like to only see that customer's tickets for their respective team.

    Any updates on this idea?  Anything in the works?

    Teams is the primary communication app in our company and the only one that we cannot accept tickets with. We constantly reply to chats telling people to go open a ticket via email or web form. I would really, really, really love to see a way to manage this within Teams. I would love to offer feedback and use case discussions if needed.
