    Reloading the apps sidebar should address this behaviour. If you're still running into issues, please let us know.

    I have the same issue even after hitting the Reload app button. Please advise

    Hi Alexander,

    That does NOT work.  I even uninstalled and re-installed the app and it still does not work.  The issue is related to a CORS mis-configuration on your server where React.js does not load in the iframe.  Please see network capture below:

    Sorry to hear that - I suggested the reload apps action as that did the trick against my account. 

    I can see that there's a ticket with our teams, where this is being investigated - #4252350. My colleagues will get back to you on that ticket.
