    Hi Reine and Sagi -

As Michael indicated, the recently released Custom Objects is exactly what you need to be able to view this information. Thanks for jumping in, Michael!

Hi and thank you for answers.

The solution with Sunshine, as I see it you use fields that you fill with data.
I need to attach files ea. PDF, DOC, XLSX etc.

Is there a "ready" solution or do I have to build something.

Today we use Dynamics365, so Sunshine is not an option.

@Reine: I’m not sure how you get to Sunshine not being a workable solution, on the basis of your Dynamics365 use.

Firstly - where are the authoritive source documents you want to associate with an org or user record held - i.e. File server, intranet, external CRM/ERP/Sales pipeline software?

Secondly - does the source document name and location change when new revisions are approved?

Thirdly - can the place/system that holds these records be programmed to make an API call to do Y when X happens? (i.e. record/file created, updated, deleted)

Sunshine is perfect for your needs here, as you don’t want to store the file(s) in question on Zendesk, as doing so will just mean there’s two places to update every time something is updated (once in the authoritive source, then remember to make sure Zendesk has the latest version), and also increases the risk of your end users not having the right info by potentially not going to the current version.

Leveraging Sunshine, you’d create an object (i.e. org_agreement) associated with the organisation data type. From there, you can populate the field automatically (or manually) with the URL to the authoritive source for that Org’s Agreement; and programmatically trigger updates from the source system over the API to the value of that field each time a revision is approved.

This give you the benefit of only having to do things once, from a single workflow that your users will already follow, and avoid creating extra work/double handling.

And, according to Microsoft’s documentation - Dynamics will happily talk to an external API: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/developer/sample-synchronize-data-external-systems-using-change-tracking

    Hi Michael.

Well first, we have a CRM and are not going to change.

My first thought was to just "drag n drop" the file to organisations since we haven't decided where the documents will be stored, and yes of course it can be added from SharePoint (where it most likely will be placed) or Dynamics365.

We are using "Atttachment Plus" as an app in the tickets, working GREAT.

The documents I have in mind for the moment will Not change, it's more information about Who was in the project, what was that their role, and so on..

    Hey Reine -

It looks like there's an existing request for this functionality. You may want to up-vote the post here, too: Attachments on Organizations
