Our team has a number of members processing ticket requests. Due to our busy work environment, we do NOT have time to read each other's ticket. Our client usually send us new email, instead of responding to the previous one sent for additional info. When one of our team did not had the chance to read other's ticket, then somebody will take that ticket instead of assigning it to the other team member who already has that same issue from same person.
Is there some kind of AI that will suggest that such tickets are possibly related? App sidebar will be useful if such feature exist, merging tickets will be easy probably. (instead of opening two separate windows making sure that the ticket you are merging is correct.)
