NPS scores for your Community members
Hello!
This question is specifically for people using Zendeks's Community product.
I'm wondering if anyone here is using surveys to measure NPS specifically targetting those who are Community members.
With Community being a touch-point in a customer's life-cycle we want to run continuous temperature check to make sure that our Community members are happy with our company and also happy with the Community itself.
We send batch emails to these people, but there are constraints here in terms of other emails we want to send customers and not over-loading their inbox.
I was also thinking of a timed pop-up window survey on the Community itself because we only have 2-3 quick questions.
Any ideas, insights, feedback, best practices? Anything Zendesk offer for surveying Community members?
Thanks,
Stephen

Hi Stephen!
Great question! Off the top of my head, I think Connect could offer some really good possibilities for popping up surveys.
Hopefully some other members of the Community will have insight to share as well!

Connect could work but I havent used that myself.
You could insert some hotjar code, or your other weapon of choice (lucky orange?)

This is a really interesting, I also believe you should be able to do something with connect.
I will try to figure out how to do this with connect and get back here, if any others have been succesful doing this with connect or any other method - please share!

@Andrew, some cool vendors there, thank you. I think building a custom pop-up might be the option for now unless Connect works.
We need to feed the data we collect into another reporting software and clashed with some other info for context so perhaps we'll need to build it manually.
@Oscar, very interested in hearing if Connect can do this, the landing page doesn't really talk about surveys from what I can see.
Seems like this would be a great measurement tool to build out at some stage. NPS is an anchor metric for CX, and Communities usually fall under the CX department in companies so it would be super useful to have at your fingertips.
Thanks!

Cool, I'll take a look.
I'm still interested to see what others are doing about this.
Feel free to move this to another topic if needed Jessie, not sure if I posted in the right place.
Thanks! :)
