[Feature suggestion] Trigger with "business hours" condition to not run during a specific timeframe of the day

    Hey Ryan,

    If you have business hours set up on your account you should see the Within Business hours? condition which can be used to decide whether or not the notification gets sent out to your assignee/requesters. Screenshot below:

    Does this sound similar to what you're looking for? 

    You may also want to take a look at our How to notify an agent when a ticket is created outside of schedule which I believe you'll find useful.

    Thanks Brett! That "Within (schedule)" feature is exactly what I was looking for!
