Is ZenDesk going to be getting into the customer experience analytics game? We are starting to look at customer analytics, voice of the customer, and customer journey software and didn't know if ZenDesk would be looking into doing this in the future? We love this platform for ticketing and reporting customer issues but would love more insights into the entire customer journey, connecting ZenDesk into the picture.
Also, if anyone has any suggestions for a smaller retail company on different CX programs to look into that would be great! So far have found Qualtrics and IBM but are thinking this could get pricey really fast. We want to be able to connect all points of the customer journey, especially looking into conversion and click rates, along with error troubleshooting and surveying.
