Hi, when I search for these two customer requests for their My Requests and My Organization views, I see a lot of comments up to 4 years ago but no clear answer:

1. Ability to add additional fields (system or custom) to these views, and

2. Ability to allow SORTING on any/all columns in view - currently only sorts on Last Activity column.

Please let me know if these options are do-able.
