Useability: Reporting display pane
Is anyone else frustrated by the limited display pane for on-line reports? Zendesk Insights is a really powerful reporting tool, with useful options to filter and measure data, but is constrained by the narrow display pane within the tool. Does anyone have suggestions for avoiding or eliminating the following, without having to export reporting results to manipulate in another product?
- Adding columns to a report eventually ends up with "Available area too small to display report"
- Although the column header label can be edited to make it shorter it would be better if the contents of a column/row 'cell' could wrap text. This particulalrly frustrating when you can't see all the text from a ticket subject.
