I have installed Slack and I would like to customize when are the notifications from Zendesk to Slack are sent.
Current integration allows to decide on preset notification options such as "on every ticket update" or "on every ticket creation" and doesn't allow to edit the app trigger in Zendesk.
My use case is:
My support team would like to selectively escalate urgent issues to a slack channel managing our production crises. to enable that, I would like to update the slack trigger to fire only when a ticket contains a tag such as "notify_slack".
Does anyone have a solution/workaround for that?
