Help Center-related Data
回答済みWill Explore be mostly handling data regarding Support or would there be more data regarding the Help Center? Things like bounce rate or pages viewed per session?
Also, as far as I know, there is a a tab in [Report] for search stats and strings, but I was wondering if there was a way to split it by brand on Explore (now or in the future).

As part of Explore Early Access Program, we currently power reporting on Support, Talk, Chat and Guide.
As part of Guide, we've focused on Answer Bot and Knowledge Capture. And we're planning a lot more in 2019. We'll be able to share more information in the coming months.
