What time it will take to update the data in my dashbard?
Dear team,
Currently I want to make a custom dashboard which will display the current state of our tickets and etc. However what I have noticed is that, the dashboard is not showing the correct results or to be more specific the data is not actually in real time. For example my custom query which must collect the Open tickets, it showing 15 tickets, where in Zendesk Support the Open tickets are 18. Tickets which were set in Open state after 10, 20, 30 or even 50 minutes are still not counted and displayed within the dashboard.
So what is actually the time in which the query should update the data in the dashboard?

Hi Tsvetan - Explore refreshes on an hourly interval, thus you may see some differences between the numbers in Support and Explore if you're looking at data over a brief timeframe.
