What we are trying to do is to let our clients that go to our "Support" page click a button labeled something like “View or Submit a trouble ticket”
On clicked we want to present a screen that is branded and shows existing tickets and a way to submit a new ticket.
I have not seen examples of what you can do with SSO, which would be nice
I have not seen examples of using the API to get data to show existing tickets and submitting a ticket.
Are there a video that might show SSO and API supporting such an Idea?
