How to demonstrate SLA in Explore?

    There is a metric called Achieved SLA Tickets in the Ticket SLAs Dataset.

     

    My concern is that I can't find a way to measure it per Requester Locale. Could this filter be added for the SLA queries?

    Maria is right -- the metric you'll want to use is Achieved SLA Tickets

     

    Maria, unfortunately, it isn't possible to use Requester Locale with this metric currently. I recommend posting that feedback in our Product Feedback forum here: https://explore.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/115000055148-Explore-Product-Feedback-and-Discussion.
