Is there a way to get the User responsible for a specific Ticket Update like there was in Insights?
I am trying to get a list of all users who updated a ticket
The Updater ID in Ticket Events Data Source is the last updater of the ticket and not the Updater of the Ticket Update.
I have also tried the Ticket Updates Assignee ID and this is the Assignee at the time of the update, not the updater. It is a useful metric.
