I have just had a lengthy discussion with support over making ticket time tracking per company, so i can track how much support time is used up on a ticket/s for a given company.
Its kinda resolved but not fully because of the Total limitations for tables.
I cannot get the total boxes to sit where i want them.
The time tracking app does not allow totalling of its columns normally so i had to do it this way
But the problem using the global totals is the description is nowhere near the data it covers
Support asked me to post this as they couldn't resolve it any further than it is
It would be nice if i could total the time tracking app but it doesn't allow it as they dont show up in the total menus, i could have just ticked those 2 if it had.
Not sure there is a solution other than the system needs a tweak so ill leave this here.
