    Thanks Collin,

    We have the same setup and the same problems.
    It does not seem unreasonable that you should be able to display insights, like Monitor and Visitor Lists without spending a license for it. And as you mention, at the same time you could solve the accidental initiation of agent to agent chat.

    Hi Collin and Jacob,

    Thanks for your feedback. We don't have any immediate plans for offering a non-license seat but we are working on a full screen mode for Monitor. This should be available soon and we will update via this thread when we release it.

    Hey Collin, yes the agent-to-agent chat window will not pop up when Monitor is in full screen mode.
