    Hi Martin,

    Thanks for the feedback around your trouble finding the account key. Can you tell me what you needed the account key for? Was it for a plugin?

    Generally, the plugins provide instructions on how you can get the account key inside the Zopim dashboard. Not many things use the account key outside of the widget and the plugins that embed the widget. That is why it isn't so visible currently.

    Where is it? I am also searching...the tutorial says It is visible when I click in my photo and in "check conection" (any thing like that), but it isnt.

    Hi there Joyce,

    If you are a joint Support and Chat customers, the account key can be found underneath the profile icon in the top bar:

    In the dialog after you click on 'Check Connection', the Account Key should be the 2nd line.

    Let me know if you are still having trouble finding your account key.

    @Ramin My interface does not have the ... menu.  I'm trying to find the key so I can integrate to our mobile app. Help!!

    That settings can be found in the dropdown menu that can be access via your avatar on the top right of the chat interface:
