As an agent, if I enter a ticket for someone, while using the portal, my email is used as the submitter. My first trigger is to send an email to the requester letting them know we received their ticket. However, the requester is showing my agents email. How can I swap the requester email with the correct end user email via the trigger?
Example - Today 01:27 pm Carolyn Phipps email@example.com (change) from Help Center. I have the end user name and email address in the ticket fields. How can I replace the requester name and requester email with "end user name" and "end user email"?
