How can I replace requester when in a Trigger

    Hi Carolyn,

    Are you using the Guide portal to submit a ticket or the agent interface? When you're logged in as an agent you shouldn't actually see the submit a request button. Therefore as an agent you would submit the ticket from the agent interface instead which will allow for you to set the end-user as the requester of the ticket.
