We use the zendesk to Slack app and i recently had a support ticket about reducing the amount of detail that appears in the Slack message.
This was closed as they couldn't really offer any solutions at this time.
But i wondered if there was any other insight that users might have that could help.
With Zendesk help i managed to get it down to this example
But the one thing it doesn't tell me is the Organization that created the ticket.
Basically i removed some of the lines from this
Zendesk suggested this as a way to get the Org to show but it never worked for me.
Does anyone have any insight on how to get the Org to show in the slack messages?
Or formatting options ? Ideally i would just like the ticket number, the title and the Org that created it.
That would be fine for me as its only a prompt for me to goto the desk.
