In Zendesk Reporting, the only data we can get from votes on Zendesk Guide articles are net votes. Net votes are the count of clicks on the upvote and downvote buttons.
For example, if a user upvotes an article once, then cancels that upvote, these are counted as 2 net votes, whereas the count of actual upvotes is still 0.
Consequently, net votes do not reflect the actual count of upvotes and downvotes of an article. There is currently no way of listing the articles by the most voted. The only way is to open articles one by one to see how many votes they each got.
Request: Zendesk Reporting should have a report ranking the articles by votes. This report also includes the actual count of upvotes and downvotes of the articles.
