I was wondering how I would go about getting the geo-data on tickets created through Zendesk Explore.
Currently on GoodData, I'm using the following formula:
- SELECT COUNT (Ticket Id, Ticket Text Field Change) WHERE Text Field = Status AND [Text Field] Previous Value = (empty value) AND Ticket Status <> Deleted
I'm a newbie with analytics and formula writing, but how would I recreate this on Zendesk Explore?
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
