As an administrator, I want to be able to add public holidays into the operating hours for Zendesk Chat, similar to what is possible in Zendesk Support in schedules.
With the UK's bank holiday at the end of this month, I need to wait until this upcoming Tuesday before I can untick Monday's operating hours so that chat remains offline for the following Monday. After the bank holiday I can then re-enable Monday's operating hours again.
Being able to add public holidays into the operating hours would be a massive help. As the only administrator, I now need to log in next week during my holiday to make this change!
