    Hi there Lina,

    There is currently no analytics or reporting on trigger usage/activity but there is one thing you can do.

    When you create a trigger, add a step to add a tag before the message is sent to the visitor.

    Then, you can use the History search with that tag to see how many chats were created from that trigger.

    Ramin Shokrizadeh has this changed at all since you posted last stating that there are no analytics or reporting on trigger usage/activity.....

    As a user, I'd like the capability to enumerate all tickets that a trigger has executed upon, whether that be from the UI or API.

    Please let know if this is possible or not or if even planned as a feature request.

    Hi Ed,

    There are no changed in terms of trigger reporting and you should continue to rely on using tags and tags via the APIs to generate reports that you need.
