    Hi Chavy,

    Thanks for the feedback. Netsuite has a lot of products and solutions, what would you imagine the integration be? Bring in CRM data into the chat panel?

    More information would be good so we know exactly what you would like to see. We have no plans in 2017 to build a Netsuite integration but it might help inform future discussions around an integration.

    Hi Ramin,

    Yes, I'd like to bring in CRM data into the chat panel, and more like the following:

    If a customer provides his name / sales order number / phone number / email, can we open up the or profile or order using zopim?
    If an agent creates a ticket number, will it sync in NetSuite?
    we are group of companies. If an agent receives a chat, can s/he identify if which company that the customer belongs to?

    Thanks for the additional info. We have no plans to build this integration but the apps framework we are building would support the use cases you mentioned around looking up the customer info (via email or telephone) to find the CRM details in Netsuite.

    The apps framework inside of chat is in beta for private apps and we are looking to support public apps in the later half of 2017. That is when Netsuite or a 3rd party could build a Netsuite app.
