I'm setting the ticket sharing option between several Zendesk instances.
The issue is that the user receive the CSAT survey from the first Zendesk and not from the last Zendesk (the one who I've shared the ticket with)
Ticket created in Zendesk A
Ticket shared with Zendesk B
Ticket solved from Zendesk B
CSAT sent from Zendesk A
Is there a way to send the CSAT survey from Zendesk B and not Zendesk A?
