Notify agent to update ticket after n number of hours after requester's response

    Hi Uriel,

    It looks like you're missing a nullifying condition on the ticket. A nullifying condition is something that stops the automation from running multiple times on a ticket. 


    If you add a condition under ALL:

    Ticket tags > contains none of the following > bump_agent

    Under actions:

    Add Tag: bump_agent


    Adding those two things should do the trick for you on this and then the automation will save and work as you need. :)
