We would like an attribute/property/object to query tickets with following view value:
`Ticket Privacy: Ticket has no public comments`
The goal is to find a way to exclude tickets with no correspondence from queue reporting without us having to tag the tickets.
Below is Zendesk documentation listing endpoints related to ticket comments. There's a snippet for making comments private, but nothing on how to query tickets that only have private comments.
Having spoken to the team at Zendesk the support team was abe to confirm the closest option they have is using "is_public" detailed here.
It's my understanding however that while "Ticket Privacy: Ticket has no public comments" would be looking at all comments within the ticket "is_public" would be looking at tickets on a comment by comment basis.
