As a Zendesk Admin, I would like to have a way to automatically add an email address (or an entire domain) to the whitelist when recovering a suspended ticket from that email address?
Example of how Zendesk works today for us:
examplemail.com is not on our whitelist. Our blacklist contains "*" (i.e. domains not on WL are on BL). Let's say email@example.com emails us. His email will get stuck as Suspended. We want to recover the email from John as we realize John is a valid end-user. When recovering, a support ticket is created and we can answer John.
But, unless we manually add his email address to the WL, his forthcoming replies to us will get stuck in suspended. So, if we forget this manual step, we run the risk of having an unhappy customer and we need to keep constant track of the Suspended tickets view.
So when recovering, we would like to have the option of either:
(1) adding that specific email address to WL, or
(2) adding the entire email domain to the WL.
