    Hi Hozam,

    Since this is a 3rd party integration you'll need to contact your SMS provider for further assistance.

    I've also included our Zendesk API Resources which should help point you and their developers in the right direction.

    Hi Brett,

    I need to use their SMS service to send messages to my customers from my Zendesk Support 

    They provided me the channel to send messages and API code to integrate their service into my website.

    I want to integrate it with my Zendesk support, is that possible?

    Hi Hozam,

    It may be possible using our Zendesk API Resource, however, you would need to contact the SMS service to assist further. 

    It may also be worth checking our App Marketplace to see if they've created an integration that you can install directly into your Support account.

    I'm afraid we're rather limited on what we can assist with on our end since this isn't out integration so any further questions would best be directed to the SMS service you're using.

    They don't an integration on your App Market place.

    Can I contact a technical someone who can ensure if such a thing is possible using Zendesk API Resources?

    Hi Hozam,

    I reached out to one of our API experts and he was able to confirm that you can set up an integration using our API as mentioned in my previous response.

    You'll just need to set up an URL or HTTP target to send the response back out to your SMS service.
