A big missing piece in Explore (and previously Insights) is the inability to join datasets. We need to be able to lookup information about related tickets. Prime examples being
A. Reporting on Problem/Incidents, and
B. Reporting on Parent/child tickets from the linked tickets app.
This stuff is generally standard in all enterprise level reporting software so I'm hoping we're not going to be sitting without it for much longer now that Zendesk has control over the reporting platform.
