    Hi Hitesh,

    Could you provide some additional information on when exactly this trigger should fire? That way I know what sort of conditions need to be added to your trigger. Additionally, are you just trying to send an email to the assignee of the ticket?

    It's also worth mentioning that there's no available placeholder that will list all of your agents on the account along with their email address.

    You'd need to manually add this information to your trigger email body.

    Hi Brett,

    Suppose there are multiple people working on a ticket. After a shift ends, the ticket is transferred to someone in the next shift. So, when the current assignee changes the assignee, a mail would be sent to the next assignee's mail address to notify him that he has to work on the ticket. 

    Both of them in the above scenario would be using the same login credentials of the support team.

    My question is what steps do I need to take to get this done.

    Hi Hitesh,

    You should be able to set up a fairly simple trigger to accomplish this. Screenshot below:

    There should already be a default trigger titled Notify assignee of assignment that should accomplish this. Check out our default triggers in the link I provided.
