    You could try using Liquid Markup in your notification. This will allow separate text for each brand.

    {% assign name = {{ticket.brand.name}} %}
    {% case name %}
    {% when 'Willow Farm' %}
    This is Willow Farm
    {% when 'Willow Farm2' %}
    This is Willow Farm2
    {% else %}
    Anything else goes here
    {% endcase %}
