Auto assign tickets to agents according to SLA
Hi,
I have too many questions about this,
first I want to know if there's anyway to auto assign a number of tickets to an agent whenever he asks for assign,
Second, Is there is any method that we can use to auto assign using slack according to the agent name instead of doing it manually,

I think you can solve this with triggers.
As shown below, set the condition of the trigger to your customer's organization, and then create a trigger that assigns the action to a specific agent.
